Booking Policy

Booking Fee

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee may be charged. If so, this fee will be applied towards the final invoice for the notarization service.

Rescheduling

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide a minimum of a 2 hours notice. In such cases, the original booking fee will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Cancellation by the Client: Clients may cancel their fingerprinting appointment 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. We kindly request that you notify us via email or text to process your cancellation request.

Cancellation by Four Points Fingerprinting: We reserve the right to cancel an appointment under the following circumstances:

  • If the client has provided incomplete or inaccurate information.

  • If the client is not present or available at the scheduled appointment time.

  • In any situation that may impede the notarization process.


Refunds

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be handled in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Full refunds will be issued if the client cancels the appointment with at least 2 hours' notice before the scheduled time.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

  • Refunds will not be granted for completed fingerprinting appointments or for any rejections due to demographic errors provided by the client.


Exceptions

Technical Issues: In the event that any fingerprinting submissions done by Four Points Fingerprinting are rejected due to fingerprint quality, we will resubmit to the appropriate agency or department at no charge to the client.
